Dental Assistant Staffing Solution

Staffing shortages are not just a recruiting problem, they're a supply problem.  Indigo can offer a unique solution because we recruit and train dental assistants.

Work with us and we'll eliminate:
  • High Turnover and Recruitment costs
  • Lost Revenue Due To Vacant Positions
  • Challenges in Finding Qualified Candidates
  • Time Spent Training and Onboarding Staff

Why DSOs Choose Indigo

Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) with multiple locations in a specific geographical area can significantly benefit from Indigo's staffing solutions.

Our scalable approach delivers a steady stream of qualified, well-trained dental assistants to meet your diverse needs. With our customized training programs, we simplify the onboarding process by educating new hires on the specific equipment and practice management solutions your clinics use.

Additionally, we can add specialized sales training to enhance your team's performance, providing an extra advantage for your organization.

Our Training Program

Our focus is on DAY ONE readiness.  Dental assistants are trained in a clinical setting to give them hands-on experience.  Indigo's program is a 12-week hybrid course, consisting of 96 clinical hours and 120 online hours.

Certifications offered:  Graduates earn certificates in chairside dental assisting, radiation safety, infection control, and basic life support training.

For employers we work closely with, we offer training customization on your practice management system for charting and scheduling and sales training for your products and services.

Customized to Meet Your Needs

simplified Hiring Plan

We're more than a one time solution, with Indigo you can hire and customize the training for employees before they start, maximizing your workforce effectiveness on day one.

A Cost -Effective Hiring Model

Indigo's innovative placement model supports graduates by providing a student loan upon program completion. When hired, the Dental Support Organization (DSO) or private practice agrees to repay this loan over 6-12 months as long as the graduate remains employed. This approach eases the financial burden on new hires and incentivizes retention. If the new hire leaves or is terminated for cause, the DSO does not pay.
